In Matthew 28:18-20, Jesus states that He has been given “all authority on Heaven and on Earth,” and with that authority gives us our marching orders – make disciples of all nations, baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy spirit, and teach them to obey everything He has commanded.
