Zechariah was a devout man who thought he was prepared to meet the Living God – but reacted with fear and doubt when God showed up. God graciously gave him a second chance to respond with faith, and extends us the same grace to us when we falter and fail!

Be Confident
Optimist or pessimist? Glass half-full or half-empty? God trains us to live with confidence!
Day 1 – Acts of Kindness for December
The Christmas season begins in mid-November as stores and shops begin to display their Christmas items. By Black Friday, Christmas is in full swing and so are we, as we begin putting in the extra time and effort in preparing to make the holidays “merry and bright.” And yet, so many times we come away from the season exhausted, disappointed and with regrets, wishing we would have, could have…. and convincing ourselves that next year will be different. Many of us would like to move our Christmas focus onto the One whose birthday we celebrate, but in an already busy season – the thought of adding more can be overwhelming.
HERE ARE IDEAS that are prepared for you and won’t place a time or financial burden on you, but will help you place your focus on the Real Reason for the Season.
Each day from December 1 – 25 we will post an Act of Kindness, a short Bible Reading and a family activity.

Today’s Act of Kindness: Wave to a neighbor!
Today’s Bible Reading: John 3:16, John 1:1-5
Today’s Family Activity: Do a count down to Christmas using a calendar.

The Gospel of John – Week 26
The Gospel of John may be one of the most powerful books ever written. Scholarly and archeological discoveries in recent decades give us new insight on details found within, and we now see many things that we missed before!
Celebrate!
On the day Jesus returns, we want to be among those who hear Him say, “Well done, my good and faithful servant.” Those who know the Lord Jesus will want to live out His love, mercy, and forgiveness in their daily lives; they will celebrate, not fear, His return!
Dismantling The Idol Factory
The human heart is an idol factory. How do we dismantle the idols we manufacture there?
