This week’s text is Matthew 13:10-39. Pastor explores the Parable of the Sower and several other parables of Jesus. Parables have a twofold purpose – they reveal truth about the Kingdom of God, but for the inattentive and unconcerned they conceal the truths of God. This may seem harsh, but Pastor explains God’s mercy in concealing the divine truths until a person is ready to receive them.
