When examined in light of 1st Century culture, the “scandal” of crucifixion, the visible empty tomb, and the transformation of lives in generations of believers, the Biblical evidence for the Resurrection supports only one conclusion: Christ is risen – He is risen indeed!

Pastor Dodge finishes teaching on the last kings of the North. We explore the stories of the Northern kingdom being destroyed, and the people are carried off by Assyria. Pastor ends with a look back at the themes found in 1 & 2 Kings.

This is week 14 of Bible in a Year with Pastor Chris Dodge. In this week’s teaching we learn of the rebellion against Solomon’s successor. The Northern Kingdom breaks away and establishes false worship. Pastor will cover the Northern Kings up to Ahab and explore the stories of Elijah, Ahab, and Jezebel in which God defeats the prophets of Baal on Mt. Carmel.
